Grow

The Grow tab (called Bots in earlier versions) is your audience-growth toolkit. From one place you can follow or unfollow the people around any profile, and on Depop also your own buyers, a shop’s reviewers or the people who liked a listing. It works on Depop and Vinted: the tab acts on whichever marketplace the panel is open on.

Why follow at all

• Following someone usually notifies them, which increases the chance they look at your shop.
• Following sellers in your niche surfaces you in their network and builds reciprocal follows.
• Following your own buyers and reviewers keeps you in their feed for repeat purchases.

Picking a target

The card at the top of the tab shows the Target Profile. SaleLinx picks it up from the page you’re on:

• On someone’s profile page, that account is the target.
• On a Depop listing page, the seller is the target, and the listing is what Likers works on.
• Anywhere else, the card reads No profile detected, and the Followers and Following tiles stay greyed out until you open a profile.

There’s no box to type a username in: browse to the profile you want, then open the panel. Your own profile works as a target too.

Follow

• Followers - follows everyone who follows the target profile. Depop and Vinted.
• Following - follows everyone the target profile follows. Depop and Vinted.
• Buyers - follows everyone who has bought from you. This is always your own buyers, whichever profile is showing. Depop only.
• Reviewers - follows everyone who has left a review on the target shop, or on your own shop if no profile is showing. Depop only.
• Likers - follows everyone who liked the listing you have open. Needs a Depop listing page. Depop only.

A follow run skips you, accounts you already follow and, on Depop, anyone on your blacklist.

Unfollow

• Followers - unfollows the accounts in the target profile’s followers list. Depop and Vinted.
• Following - unfollows the accounts in the target profile’s following list. Depop and Vinted.
• Buyers - unfollows everyone who has bought from you, whether or not SaleLinx followed them. Depop only.
• Reviewers - unfollows the reviewers of the target shop, or of your own shop if no profile is showing. Depop only.

Accounts you don’t follow are skipped. There’s no single “unfollow everyone” button: to unfollow the accounts you follow, open your own profile and use Following under Unfollow.

On Vinted, only Followers and Following work, for both follow and unfollow.

Blacklist (Depop)

The Blacklist buttons build a list of accounts that Depop follow runs will never follow:

• Blacklist Following adds every account you follow right now.
• Blacklist Followers adds every account that follows you.

Each button reads your list from Depop and adds anyone who isn’t already on the blacklist, so pressing it again is safe. The result shows in the Activity Log.

A common pattern: press Blacklist Following before you unfollow a batch of accounts, so later follow runs don’t pick the same people up again.

The blacklist is kept in this browser and there’s no screen in the panel to view or edit it. It isn’t used on Vinted, and unfollow runs ignore it.

Settings

The Settings section under the tiles controls when a run stops and how fast it goes:

• Stop after this many actions - the run ends once this many people have been followed or unfollowed. Default 70.
• Stop after this many minutes - an optional time limit. 0, the default, means no limit.
• Choose my own wait time - off by default. Off uses a safe wait: 5 to 8 seconds between actions on Depop, and a natural rhythm of about 7 seconds on Vinted. On, each action waits a random time between the two numbers in Wait between (seconds). Going faster raises the risk of a block.

Your daily allowance can also end a run early (see below).

Presets

The preset picker at the top of Settings saves these as a named set: the maximum actions per run, the optional time limit, and the custom wait toggle with its minimum and maximum seconds. Picking a preset fills in all of them at once. Two are built in:

• Default - 70 actions per run, no time limit, custom wait off.
• Careful - 40 actions per run, custom wait on at 10 to 15 seconds. Slower, and does less per run.

Change any setting by hand and the picker marks the current values as unsaved; from there you can save them as a preset of your own. Saving under the name of one of your existing presets asks before overwriting it, and the built-in names can’t be reused. Your own presets can be deleted after a confirmation; the built-ins can’t.

Your saved presets are stored with your SaleLinx account, so they survive a reinstall and follow you to another computer. See Account and subscription for how syncing, sign-out and per-device selection work.

Pacing and safety

On Depop, runs go at the steady pace above, without long breaks. If Depop rate-limits an action, SaleLinx waits 5 seconds and tries that account once more; if it’s refused again, the run stops. The run also stops straight away if Depop says you’ve hit its 24-hour limit, or if it denies access. When that happens, give it a few hours before the next run, and if access was denied, sign out of Depop and back in first.

On Vinted, runs go through SaleLinx’s pacing engine, which starts a little slower and takes the odd longer break (the job queue shows On break). If Vinted pushes back, the run backs off and retries a few times, and stops if it keeps happening.

Click Stop under the tiles to end a run at any time.

Depop’s following limit

Depop limits how many accounts one person can follow, and SaleLinx treats that limit as 7,500. Before any Depop follow run, SaleLinx checks how many accounts you follow. If you’re at the limit, the run doesn’t start; if you’re close, the run is shortened to fit. To make room, unfollow some accounts first, for example with Following under Unfollow on your own profile.

SaleLinx doesn’t check a following limit on Vinted.

What you’ll see

The Completed, Skipped and Failed counters next to the target count up as the run goes. The Activity Log lists each account as it’s followed, unfollowed or skipped, with the reason for a skip (for example, already following or blacklisted).

Plan and allowance

The Grow tab is on every plan, including the 14-day free trial. There’s no tab-level lock. What varies by plan is your daily follow allowance and your daily unfollow allowance, which are counted separately; higher plans raise or remove them. See pricing for current numbers.

Only accounts actually followed or unfollowed count; skips don’t. The allowances reset at midnight UTC. If you start a run that asks for more than you have left, it’s shortened to fit. The Membership card in the Settings tab shows what you have left today; see Settings.
