Version 1.1.11

A short release: Vinted editing fixes and a round of visual polish.

Fixed

• Vinted size and condition edits stick. Vinted accepted a size change from the quick editor and then ignored it. Size and condition are now saved where Vinted reads them.
• Vinted brands stay put. Saving a quick edit without touching the brand could make Vinted drop it or match a different one. The brand is now sent back exactly as it was.
• Sizeless categories. Bags, homeware and other categories without sizes show Not available instead of a size list.
• Parcel sizes fit the category. The editor lists each category's own parcel sizes, a bulk Small, Medium or Large maps onto that category's scale, and publishing keeps your draft's size when the category allows it, otherwise the smallest it offers.
• Depop "everything else" items get their category when crosslisted.
• Bulk jobs release each listing as they go, rather than holding every listing until the whole job ends.

Improved

• Faster cloud saves. Photo backups no longer pause between photos.
• One Cloud button in the listings toolbar opens Save, Remove and Update. Remove asks first, then deletes the cloud copy and its photo backups.
• A calmer toolbar popup in neutral tones, and a toolbar icon that follows Chrome's light or dark mode. The icon updates once a Depop or Vinted tab loads or you open the popup.
• A how-it-works card for Crosslist: three points and a short animation (tick items, press Crosslist, drafts appear).
• "Failed to load listings" now shows as a proper card, and the sign-out and unlink dialogs cover the whole panel, sidebar included.
• The brand picker lists Zara, Nike, H&M, Adidas and Shein first, and the arrows on price inputs move by 1.

Plans and billing

• Start your plan before the trial ends. During a trial, your account page lets you start paying for your plan straight away. It shows the price before charging, and if your card is declined you can update it and try again.
• A confirmation page after checkout or a plan change says your plan has started and what to do next.
• Signing out of the website no longer signs you out of the extension or your other devices.

Version 1.1.10

Two weeks of work, most of it on crosslisting between Depop and Vinted.

New

• Review before you crosslist. The Crosslist button now opens a review list before anything is posted. Edit any item to change its title, description and price, or its category, size, brand, condition and colours in the target platform's own terms. Your edits are sent with the batch; the old single-item preview threw them away.
• Add from URL takes many links. Paste as many as you like. Each item joins the list as soon as it is fetched, and links that fail stay in the box. Vinted links are read straight from the page instead of loading a background tab, which is faster and picks up the category, condition and colours too.
• A floating Crosslist button docks at the bottom right once the toolbar scrolls out of view, with the same count and target.
• Breaks in the queue popup. When a job pauses for a break or a rate limit, its status says so with a countdown to when it resumes, and pauses that cover a whole platform get a chip in the summary.
• Dead Stock rests a listing after a price drop. After a -10% drop the listing moves to a new Price dropped filter for seven days, out of the tiers, Worst Performers, counts and capital banner, with a chip showing the old and new price and the days left.
• Listing times. The Listed column in My Listings shows the time under the date.

Fixed

• Vinted to Depop categories. Every Vinted catalog now maps to an exact Depop category, instead of a guess from the wording. The title is read before the description, so a blazer no longer lists as a jumper because its description says "knitwear".
• Vinted to Depop sizes. Combined labels like "M / UK 12-14" match the right size, one-size items such as bags and books get One size, kids items are sized by age, and men's chest sizes like 42R fall back to the matching letter.
• Depop to Vinted titles, prices and brands. Titles are cut to Vinted's 100 characters at a sentence or word break, and toned down when written mostly in capitals. Prices are converted to your Vinted account's currency (a $75 item used to list at £75). Brands are matched more loosely, so "levi-s" finds Levi's, and Depop's Like new now maps to Very good rather than New without tags.
• Depop drafts post with their own photos instead of re-uploading them, kids drafts post as kids listings, and a draft priced in another currency is converted at the day's rate.
• My Listings keeps categories through background syncs. A Vinted sync used to wipe the category a crosslist had set.
• No more false "not linked" or "sold". A failed check no longer tells you your accounts are not linked, and after an update, listings from a platform with no open tab show Not synced instead of being marked sold.
• Your Depop tab is left alone when a background read fails. It used to reload, wiping whatever you were doing in it.
• The My Listings sort arrow sits beside its column label again.

Improved

• Drag-select scrolls. Hold a selection near the top or bottom of a list and it scrolls, faster the closer you get to the edge, selecting rows as they pass. This works in My Listings, Relist, Refresh and Crosslist.
• A cleaner start. The link-accounts screen and marketplace picker share the welcome screen's style, and the tutorial popup at login is gone.
• A new toolbar icon: the SaleLinx lynx on a transparent background.
• A choice about marketing email. Signing up in the extension offers an unticked box to opt out of tips and offers. On the website, signup asks yes or no, and your account page has an Email preferences card where you can change your answer.

Plans and billing

• A welcome screen instead of a padlock. A new account without a plan now sees Welcome to SaleLinx and a button to start the 14-day free trial, rather than "This account has no active plan". The panel also waits for your plan to load, so the wrong screen no longer flashes up first.
• Ended plans are worded correctly. The screen after a plan ends told paying customers their free trial had ended. It now says your plan has ended, with a See plans button.
• Changing plan from the pricing page takes subscribers straight to the billing portal, rather than back to the account page with no explanation.

Version 1.1.9

A quick follow-up to 1.1.8 that puts sign-in right, with a week of currency, Price Drops and shipping label work alongside it.

New

• Your own currency everywhere. SaleLinx now works out your shop's currency from your listings and uses it on every tab, including the animations, threshold inputs and empty states that used to show a fixed £ or $. It knows 16 currencies, covering every Vinted market, and puts the symbol after the amount where your currency does (12,00 zł).
• A look-back window for completed orders on the Labels tab: 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, saved as soon as you pick it. Narrowing it is instant, and widening it only fetches the orders you have not loaded yet.

Fixed

• Signing in works again. Version 1.1.8 from the Chrome Web Store could not reach our servers, so the panel said it was not configured and would not let you sign in. 1.1.9 restores it.
• Vinted labels without a default address. If none of your saved Vinted addresses was marked as the default, every label order was refused. SaleLinx now picks from your address list instead, preferring one with a phone number.
• Price Drops dates. A listing older than its own drop interval showed every step of its schedule as due now. The first drop is now counted from today, which matches how drops really run: one per listing per run, then a full interval before the next.
• Prices in the wrong currency. The relist overlay showed dollars for any currency outside five majors, so Polish and Swedish sellers saw their real prices with a $ sign, and some tabs said £ while others said $.
• Dead Stock totals. The capital banner added up only your most common currency while counting every item, so £300 and €500 across 18 items read as "£300 stuck in 18 items". It now shows one total per currency.
• Auto-Offers without a linked Vinted account now blurs the whole tab, stats included. The stats used to stay readable and could show real-looking numbers from before you unlinked.
• The completed orders list no longer goes blank when it cannot load. It keeps the orders it has, and says why it is empty when it is.

Improved

• A redesigned Price Drops row. Each tracked listing reads as one sentence, "Drop 15% every 3 days down to £11", with its schedule drawn underneath as a ladder: the live price, the next drop highlighted, and the floor where the schedule ends. The main switch is now called Run price drops, to match the tab.
• The Labels tab stops reloading itself. Orders are cached for 20 minutes, the cache survives the extension restarting in the background, and orders that have not changed are not fetched again, so going back to the tab is quick. The progress bar only counts work it is really doing.
• The Labels tab description now says it covers Depop as well as Vinted.

Version 1.1.8

A short release: drafts join the crosslist picker, settings get a cleaner layout, and a round of category, size and brand fixes.

New

• Crosslist Depop drafts to Vinted. Drafts now appear in the crosslist picker with a badge, and a draft source always creates a draft on Vinted. Any field a draft is missing is a warning, not a failure, so a half-filled draft crosslists with whatever it has.
• An All / Active / Drafts filter on the crosslist picker, next to the link filter, with its own empty states.

Fixed

• Categories come from Depop. Crosslisting now matches category slugs against Depop's own list instead of a legacy id, tops get a category group, and if a category cannot be resolved the panel says so rather than creating a listing with no category.
• Sizes and brands. The Vinted size is read from where Vinted keeps it, the Depop size is sent as the variants map Depop reads, and a brand lookup tries both apostrophe forms before giving up.
• My Listings updates after a crosslist batch. The panel polls the platform you wrote to once the batch finishes, so new listings show without pressing Refresh All.
• A Vinted listing with no condition is now flagged, and the price badge no longer shows through the queued pill.

Improved

• Redesigned settings panels. The preset dropdown and Save button are replaced by one small pill at the top right of each panel. Its menu lists your presets and, once you edit a value, offers Save changes, Save as new or Revert. Rows are grouped under short captions, and the forms no longer stretch across the page on Refresh and Relist.
• The draft marker and filter on the crosslist picker match the rest of the panel.

Plans and billing

• Trials and complimentary periods end on their end date. A trial that has passed its end date no longer keeps its allowances while the plan change catches up.

Version 1.1.7

Ten days of work: presets everywhere, a long pass on Depop relisting, and some honesty about what the panel is doing.

New

• Presets follow your account. Saved presets on every settings panel now sync through your SaleLinx account, so a reinstall or a second computer picks them up. Relist and Auto-Accept gained the same preset row the other tabs already had.
• Page animations toggle. A button in the panel header turns the page animations off and on, and shares its state with the Display setting.
• Relist updates live. Finished items un-grey and their replacements appear as a run progresses instead of all at once at the end, and Linking has an Include sold toggle that filters both columns and the recommended pairs.
• Restocker shows restock counts and a feed that reflects what actually happened, and it now checks Depop on every cycle.
• A Manage account link in Settings takes you straight to your account page.

Fixed

• Depop relisting. Relisting a sold Depop item now recovers its size, fills in the product type, and creates the listing correctly. Draft edits are written where Depop keeps them, the editor shows the live listing rather than the cloud copy, and the quantity field is prefilled with the real number.
• Depop stock. An item with stock 0 is shown as Sold out rather than Hidden, sold listings are locked out of the editor, and a quantity change is written into the variants Depop reads.
• Vinted details. The editor brand picker searches Vinted's own brand list, condition is sent when crosslisting to Vinted, and when Vinted refuses to extend a posting deadline the panel says why.
• My Listings refreshes after each crosslist, so the new listing shows without a manual refresh, and the grid updates reused rows correctly after a bulk edit.
• Refresh All says the real count and greys out when nothing is due. The Stop control is back on the Refresh progress bar.
• Auto-Offers needs a linked Vinted account, and now says so instead of showing an empty tab.
• Smaller fixes: the crosslist toolbar no longer jumps when you switch filters, the pagination bar stays put so the search bar stops moving, and drag-select no longer drags card images.

Improved

• A cloud outage banner. If our servers are unreachable the panel shows a banner, and the login screen makes clear you have not been signed out.
• Crosslist grid. Platform filters switch without a round trip, the grid fades between filters, and every marketplace logo tile is rounded.
• The relist prompts are stacked and their choices have icons.

Plans and billing

• New accounts start on a 14-day trial rather than a free plan. A trial needs a card and moves onto a paid plan when it ends.
• A failed renewal payment keeps your access for seven days while the card is retried. A trial whose first payment fails ends straight away.

Version 1.1.6

A fortnight of work: a big pass on Depop editing, plus stability and design.

New

• See what you have used. Membership now shows every allowance with an icon, a bar and how much is left, so you can tell at a glance how much of your plan is spent.
• Crosslisting is no longer capped by how many listings you select, and the listings grid gained a shared toolbar and a faster bulk editor.
• Support tickets collapse, and every queued job can now be cancelled from See more, with a confirmation before anything is removed.

Fixed

• Depop editing. Brand, category, size, department, colour and condition all save correctly again.
• Expired shipping labels are hidden. Depop leaves sold orders marked as awaiting shipment indefinitely, so months-old orders offering a label that will no longer scan were still showing in the tab.
• The extension no longer stops working under load. A caching bug meant accounts with nothing linked queried our servers on every panel render, which could exhaust the database and stop anyone signing in.
• Vinted account checks now read the live session, and the shop designer falls back to an initial-letter avatar when a profile has no picture.

Improved

• The panel opens and closes with a cleaner fade.
• The Grow tab was redesigned, the shipping payout card now leads with the total, and the Offers, Auto-Offers and Crosslist animations were reworked.
• Critical updates can now apply themselves while the extension is idle, instead of waiting for a browser restart.

Version 1.1.5

A shipping-labels release, plus some stability work on the two busiest tabs.

New

• Carrier picker for shipping labels. Choose your carrier from a dropdown with logos, and switch between downloading everything as one merged PDF or as QR slips, for drop-off points that scan a code instead of taking a printed label.

Fixed

• Offers and Messages no longer rebuild themselves on load. The toolbar and the Grow stats stay pinned in place, the Activity Log stops jumping while entries stream in, and the loading skeletons now match the finished layout instead of shifting everything when the real content arrives.

Improved

• Refresh asks before it starts. Kicking off a Refresh run now shows a confirmation first, and buttons across the panel got clearer labels.
• Smaller panel polish: the popup opening animation and the account-linking colours were tidied up.

Note on 1.1.4

Version 1.1.4, released two days before this one, only changed our Chrome Web Store listing. Nothing in the extension itself changed, so it shares this entry.

Version 1.1.3

A correctness release, mostly aimed at the Restocker and at what happens when a browser tab is signed into a different marketplace account than the one linked to SaleLinx.

Fixed

• Restocker stock handling. Restock quantities now count as remaining stock, quantities are converted correctly on the Depop side, and the final item in stock is no longer relisted after it sells. Several sale-detection bugs across backlog and live modes are fixed too.
• Account mismatch no longer blocks the whole tab. If a tab is signed into a different marketplace account than the one linked to SaleLinx, you now get a warning on each affected feature, per platform, instead of the entire tab being walled off. Listings picked up from a mismatched account are ignored rather than mixed into your data.
• Price Drops no longer acts on stale cloud data; two bugs found while building out its test coverage are fixed.
• Offers opens on the marketplace you are currently viewing, and a column ordering bug is fixed.

Improved

• Refer & Earn. The leaderboard is gone. In its place, a clear explanation of what you earn, when it is granted, and where it is applied.

Version 1.1.2

A quality-of-life release. The headline change is for everyone who sells on only one of the two marketplaces, and the rest is a broad polish pass across the panel.

New

• Choose your marketplaces. If you only sell on Depop or only on Vinted, you can now switch the other one off in Settings. The panel hides its features, stops asking you to link the account, and skips its background work entirely.
• Support ticket replies. You can now reply to your support tickets from the Support tab, including tickets that have already been closed, instead of switching to the website. The tab also links to the docs, FAQ, and status page.
• Keyboard shortcut. Alt+S opens and closes the panel. The shortcut is shown in Settings, where you can change it, and Escape now closes the topmost open dialog.
• Offline notice. If your connection drops, the panel now says so instead of letting actions fail quietly.

Improved

• Account linking. You now pick which marketplace you are linking, see exactly which account is involved, and get a clear reason when a link is refused instead of a generic error.
• Device switching is instant. Signing in on a new device now signs the old one out right away, rather than the old device lingering until its next action.
• Items queued in a bulk job are locked everywhere. Something waiting in a Relist, Refresh, Crosslist, Dead Stock, Auto-Markdown, or Restocker queue is now marked as busy on every other surface, so the same item cannot be queued twice or edited mid-job.
• A panel-wide consistency pass. Unified colours, tidier dialogs, a smoother close animation, and readable messages where raw error codes used to appear. Upload failures now log the real reason.
• Queue history rows can be cleared one at a time, and Dead Stock refreshes itself after a relist run finishes.

Also

• The panel no longer opens automatically in every new Depop or Vinted tab; open it with the toolbar button or Alt+S when you want it.
• New installs land on a short getting-started page.
• After 25 successful runs the extension asks, once, whether you would leave a review.

Version 1.1.0

The first substantial update since launch. Google sign-in, a home for the referral programme, and a set of fixes, one of which matters a lot if you sell outside the UK.

New

• Sign in with Google. No separate SaleLinx password to remember. Email and password still works exactly as before if you prefer it.
• Refer & Earn tab. The referral programme now has its own tab in the panel: share your link, and see who has signed up and what you have earned without leaving the extension.
• Reload listings buttons on Relist and Dead Stock, so you can pull fresh data without switching tabs.
• Open platform buttons. Where the panel tells you a marketplace session is missing, the platform name is now a link that opens it.

Fixed

• Depop Messages. Conversations that failed to load, failed silently, or showed blank avatars now work. This was the largest single fix in the release.
• Crosslisting to Depop used the UK regardless of where you sell. Every listing the extension created was stamped with a United Kingdom address and country, and sizes were resolved against the UK size set. For a US seller that meant a US 8 could be published as a UK 8, which is two sizes smaller, with no warning. Listings now use your own country and size region, and where the region cannot be matched the size is left unset rather than guessed.
• Account linking showed the wrong state. The panel could report a marketplace as connected when the session had actually expired. It now distinguishes a live session from an expired one and tells you which.
• Unlinked accounts are surfaced across the panel rather than features failing quietly further down the line.
• Price Drops no longer keeps a stale selection after the list refreshes, and separates items that are not due for a drop yet from those that were skipped.
• Shop Designer previews now render inside phone and laptop mockups, so the mobile and desktop grids are easier to tell apart.

Also

• The free trial is now 14 days, up from 7, for new accounts.
• A concurrent-device limit now applies, so one subscription covers one person rather than a shared login.

Updating

Chrome updates extensions automatically, usually within a few hours of a release. When the update is staged you will see a banner in the panel with a Reload to update button, which applies it immediately without restarting your browser.

SaleLinx launches

After a private beta, SaleLinx is available to everyone with a Chrome or Chromium browser. This release ships the core crosslisting flow between Depop and Vinted, the unified dashboard, the offer and message inbox, and the Depop Shop Designer.
