Everything looks operational, but it's not working for me
Status here reflects problems affecting many sellers at once. A problem affecting only your account usually has one of these causes:
- Depop or Vinted is showing a CAPTCHA or has temporarily restricted your session. Open that site in a tab, solve any challenge, then retry.
- Your marketplace login has expired. Sign in to Depop or Vinted again in a normal browser tab. For eBay, reconnect your account in the extension's Settings, under Marketplace accounts.
- No Depop or Vinted tab is open. SaleLinx runs Depop and Vinted actions through a logged-in tab, so keep one open while it works. eBay never needs a tab.
Marketplace status is set by the SaleLinx team. Feature status updates automatically from real usage, unless the team has set it manually during an incident.
Feature status is inferred from anonymous, aggregated usage across SaleLinx installs. It is not an official status feed from Depop, Vinted or eBay, and a feature with little recent usage may show as operational.
