My Listings

My Listings is the first tab in the SaleLinx panel. It puts your Depop, Vinted and eBay listings in one grid, with a marketplace logo on every row so you always know where an item lives. From here you can search, filter and sort your whole catalogue, then select listings and act on them in bulk.

Where the listings come from

SaleLinx reads your listings from Depop and Vinted through your open marketplace tabs. If the grid is empty the first time you open it, browse your shop or open one of your listings on Depop or Vinted and it fills in. eBay listings come straight from eBay once your account is linked (see eBay listings below).

Above the grid there is a sync indicator for each marketplace. The dot tells you how fresh that marketplace’s data is:

  • Green - read in the last five minutes. While a marketplace tab is open, SaleLinx re-reads your listings in the background to stay inside that window, and the dot pulses.
  • Yellow - between 5 and 30 minutes old.
  • Orange - more than 30 minutes old, or the last read came back incomplete.
  • Red - more than two hours old, never read, or your marketplace session has expired.
  • Grey - that marketplace account isn’t linked to SaleLinx yet.

When something needs fixing, the indicator says what and gives you a one-click fix such as open site, reload tab or link account.

From version 1.1.12 the dot stays green for the whole five minutes. In version 1.1.11 it turns grey after the first minute.

Each indicator has its own refresh button, and Update All re-reads every marketplace you sell on. These only update what SaleLinx knows about your listings. They don’t bump anything up the marketplace’s search feed; for that, use the Refresh tab.

What the grid shows

Each row is one listing, with these columns:

  • Item - the title, with the brand and size underneath. A chain-link icon marks a linked pair, and a Queued badge appears while the listing is waiting on another job.
  • Site - the Depop, Vinted or eBay logo. A linked Depop and Vinted pair shares one row with both logos, and the other columns show a value for each side.
  • Status - active, sold, draft, hidden or delayed (Vinted is still reviewing it). An eBay listing that has ended shows as Unlisted. Not synced means SaleLinx couldn’t read it; open a tab for that marketplace.
  • Price - a Depop listing on sale shows its original price struck through above the sale price.
  • Discount - the Depop sale percentage, if there is one.
  • Views and Likes.
  • Boost - a rocket icon when the listing is boosted.
  • Restock and Qty - the Restocker switch and how many restocks are left (see below).
  • Listed - the date and time the listing went up. Vinted doesn’t share this for every listing, so some Vinted rows show an estimated date with no time. Hover over it for details.
  • Cloud - the cloud backup switch, one per marketplace on a linked row.

Click a column header to sort by it. Use the page controls above the grid to move between pages and to show between 10 and 200 rows at a time.

Double-click a row to open the listing on the marketplace in a new tab. A Vinted draft opens in Vinted’s edit form, an active eBay listing opens in eBay’s own edit form, and a linked pair asks which marketplace to open.

Searching

The search box narrows the grid as you type. It matches the title and the brand of the listings already in SaleLinx. It doesn’t search the marketplaces themselves.

Filtering

The toolbar above the grid has quick filters:

  • Platform - All, or Depop, Vinted or eBay on its own.
  • Linked - the chain-link button next to them shows only listings that are linked across both marketplaces.
  • Status - All, Active, Sold, Draft, Hidden or Delayed.
  • Cloud - the cloud button cycles through all listings, cloud-saved listings only, and listings that aren’t saved to the cloud.

Filters stack with each other and with the search box. Vinted + Active

  • “jeans” narrows the grid to active Vinted listings with “jeans” in the title or brand.

Filter & Sort

Filter & Sort opens two extra rows for more precise views:

  1. On the Filter: row, click + Add and build a rule from a field, a comparison and a value. Number fields (Price, Discount, Views, Likes, Quantity, Age (days)) take at least, at most, exactly, more than or less than. Title takes contains or excludes. Restock and Boosted take Yes or No. A listing has to match every rule to stay in the grid.
  2. On the Sort: row, click + Add to add sort levels, for example price, then listed date. Clear puts the sort back to newest listed first.

For example, “Age (days) more than 30” plus “Likes at most 2” finds old listings nobody is interested in.

Presets

Presets saves a view you use often so you can get it back in one click.

  1. Set up the filters and sort you want.
  2. Open Presets and click + Save current view.
  3. Give it a name and press Enter.

A preset remembers the platform, Linked, status and cloud filters, your filter rules and your sort. It doesn’t keep search text. Pick a preset from the menu to apply it. While one is applied the button shows its name, and the × beside it takes you back to the default view. You can keep up to 20.

These presets are saved in your browser on this computer. They don’t follow your account to another browser or computer.

Selecting listings

  • Click a row to select it, and click it again to deselect it.
  • The checkbox in the header selects every row on the current page.
  • Drag - press on a row and drag up or down to select a run of rows. Start the drag on a row that is already selected to deselect instead.

Your selection is kept when you change page. Rows that are queued for another job, or are still saving to the cloud, can’t be selected until they finish.

As soon as something is selected, a toolbar appears with the number selected and every action that applies to it: edit, discount, duplicate, crosslist, cloud, link, export, delete and more. Each one is covered step by step in Bulk editor.

Cloud sync

The Cloud switch on each row saves that listing’s details and photos to your SaleLinx account. It is part of the Pro and Business plans. Only active listings can be switched on. Sold and draft listings that are already saved can be switched off to tidy up.

Cloud-saved listings are what make linking, relisting sold items and the Restocker possible. See Cloud sync for the full picture.

eBay listings

Once eBay is connected (see Connect your first marketplace), your active eBay listings appear in the grid, along with the ones that sold or ended in the last 60 days. The eBay sync indicator and the eBay filter button only appear once eBay is linked. SaleLinx checks eBay at most every 15 minutes, so its dot is often yellow between checks; Update All or the eBay refresh button fetches your listings straight away. If the indicator says reconnect in Settings, link eBay again in Settings.

To edit eBay listings, select them and click Edit (see Bulk editor). An eBay card has the title, description, price, quantity, photos, category, condition and item specifics, and Save Changes sends them straight to eBay. Each card also has Allow offers with a Minimum offer; business sellers can add an auto-accept price, and private sellers on eBay UK see a Buyer will pay box with eBay’s Buyer Protection fee added.

  • Unlist, in the card’s status, ends the listing.
  • An Unlisted listing can only be relisted: pick Relist in its status and save, then edit it once it’s back on sale.
  • eBay has no delete, so Delete ends the listing and removes it from the grid.
  • If eBay took a listing down, its card says so and why. It can’t be edited or relisted; delete it to clear it from the grid.

Restocker columns

The Restock switch and Qty stepper start and manage restocking for a row. They need the Business plan and a listing that is saved to the cloud and still active (or already being restocked). They don’t work on eBay rows. See Restocker for the full flow.

Language and theme

The panel is available in English, French, Spanish and German, with light and dark themes. Your listings stay in whatever language you wrote them in. SaleLinx never translates your listing text.
