Labels

The Labels tab gathers your sold orders from Depop and Vinted and turns the labels you pick into one PDF you can print or email, instead of opening each order in the marketplace and saving labels one at a time. The same tab lets you order labels for, extend or cancel Vinted orders, and leave Vinted feedback on completed sales in bulk. eBay support is coming.

What it shows

The tab has two lists:

  1. Orders to ship, at the top: Depop sales awaiting shipment and Vinted sales waiting for you to post them.
  2. Completed orders, below: completed Vinted sales that you can still leave feedback on. See Vinted feedback further down.

Each order card shows the item photo and title, the buyer, the price, how long ago it sold and the carrier. Orders with several items list each one underneath. Vinted orders also show a countdown to the posting deadline, estimated as five working days from the sale, which turns into Overdue once that passes.

Above the list:

  • Platform chips (All, Depop and Vinted) with a count on each.
  • A carrier dropdown (All providers by default) showing each carrier’s logo and how many orders use it, so you can pull up just the Evri pile before a drop-off run.
  • A search box that matches the item title or the buyer.
  • The refresh button.

Changing the platform or carrier filter clears your selection.

A Pending payout card adds up the price of the orders still to ship in the current view, per currency, with a Depop and Vinted split when both have orders.

Depop leaves sold orders marked as awaiting shipment indefinitely, so orders whose label has expired are hidden rather than left in the tab offering a label that will no longer scan.

Loading

Vinted order details load one at a time, so a progress line counts them in (“Loading order details 3 of 8”) and cards still waiting say Loading details. When you come back to the tab, it shows the last list straight away and updates it in the background. Click the refresh button to load everything again.

Label status on each card

  • Label ready: the label can be printed. Select the card.
  • QR: the label only exists as a QR code. It prints as a QR slip you can show at the drop-off point.
  • PDF / QR toggle (Depop): the carrier offers both. See QR or PDF below.
  • Needs label on a Vinted order: no label has been ordered yet. See Ordering a Vinted label below.
  • Needs label on a Depop order: create the label on Depop. There is no order-label button for Depop orders in SaleLinx. Once the label exists, refresh the tab.

Selecting orders

Click a card, or its checkbox, to select it. Click again to deselect. Only cards with a label ready can be selected for printing. The toolbar shows how many are selected.

Select all selects every visible order with a label ready, respecting the current filters and search, so you can do the day’s shipping in one selection.

Printing labels

Click Print Labels with one or more cards selected. SaleLinx:

  1. Downloads each label from the marketplace.
  2. Merges them into one PDF, in the order they appear in the tab.
  3. Opens the PDF in a new tab, in Chrome’s PDF viewer, where you can print it.

Nothing is saved to your Downloads folder. Use the viewer’s download button if you want a copy. The PDF is named after the date and the number of labels, like labels-13-Oct-2026-3.

If a label can’t be downloaded, SaleLinx leaves it out and merges the rest, so check the page count against your selection.

Vinted labels that come on a full A4 sheet (Evri, InPost and Relay) are cropped to the label itself, so you don’t waste a page per label.

QR or PDF (Depop)

Depop offers some carriers as a QR code as well as a PDF. For those orders, the card shows a PDF / QR toggle. Pick whichever your local drop-off point accepts: some scan a code rather than taking a printed label.

When your selection contains more than one of these orders, a second PDF / QR toggle appears in the toolbar and sets all of them at once, so you don’t have to flip each card. It shows QR only when every one of them is already set to QR. Otherwise it shows PDF, and one click on either side sets the whole selection.

Ordering a Vinted label

For Vinted orders that still need a label, the card shows a PDF button, a QR button, or both, depending on what the carrier offers. Click one and SaleLinx orders that label type from Vinted. A Label ordered notice confirms it.

Vinted doesn’t always update the order straight away, so the card can stay on Needs label, and it can’t be selected for printing until Vinted moves the order on. Click the refresh button later, or get the label from the order on Vinted. If you press PDF or QR again on an order that already has a label, SaleLinx warns Label already ordered and only orders another if you click Order again. Do that only if you meant to change the label type.

If Vinted doesn’t have your address, you’ll see Add your address on Vinted instead: Vinted needs your address and phone number before it can make a label. Add them in your Vinted settings and try again.

Managing Vinted orders

Extend the posting deadline

Extend appears on Vinted orders once a label has been ordered. It opens Extend posting deadline, which shows your current deadline and the extensions Vinted offers, each with its new date. Pick one, edit the Reason for the buyer if you like, and click Extend. Some orders can’t be extended, and the window says so.

The reason starts as your Default extension reason, which you set in the feedback settings (see Configuring the message below). Out of the box it reads: “Hi! Sorry for the delay, I need a bit more time to post this. Thanks for your patience!”

Cancel an order

Vinted orders that haven’t shipped have a Cancel button. It opens Cancel order, where you choose one of Vinted’s cancellation reasons. Some reasons let you add a note for the buyer. Click Cancel order to confirm, or Keep order to back out. The buyer is notified and refunded. Cancelling isn’t available for Depop orders.

Message the buyer

Most cards have a Message button that opens the buyer’s chat in the Messages tab. Vinted orders open the exact conversation. Depop orders are matched by the item and the buyer. If the chat can’t be found, SaleLinx says No chat found and suggests a longer date range in Messages.

Select in My Listings

Select in My Listings switches to the My Listings tab with the items from your selected orders already selected, so you can relist them in a couple of clicks. It works with orders from either list.

Emailing labels

Sometimes you want the labels on a different device (your phone for printing at the post office, or a partner’s computer). Select your orders and click Email Labels.

The Email shipping labels window asks where to send them. Type any address in Send to: yours, a print shop’s or a helper’s. Tick Remember this address to pre-fill it next time. Click Send Email and SaleLinx emails the merged PDF as an attachment. The subject and message are fixed.

There is a daily limit on label emails per account. If you reach it, the window says so and you can send again the next day (UTC).

If the email service isn’t available, SaleLinx downloads the PDF instead and opens your mail client with a pre-written email, so you can attach the file yourself. If sending fails for another reason, the window shows Send failed with the reason, and you can try again.

Email Labels is a Business feature. On Pro, the button shows a lock and clicking it opens the upgrade prompt.

Vinted feedback

The Completed orders list holds completed Vinted sales that you can still leave feedback on. Each card has a Leave feedback button. You can post feedback one order at a time or in bulk, with an optional follow-up chat message.

The dropdown in the section header sets how far back to look, from Last 7 days to Last 90 days (7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days). It starts at 30 days and remembers your choice.

Which orders appear

A sold Vinted order shows up only when all of these are true:

  • Vinted marks the order as completed (the buyer has received the item).
  • You haven’t already left feedback on it.
  • Vinted still offers feedback on it (you’re inside the feedback window).

Orders still in transit or cancelled don’t appear, so you never review an order the buyer hasn’t received. If the list is empty, it says why, for example that no completed orders in the chosen period need feedback.

Configuring the message

Click Feedback in the section header to open the settings:

  • Rating - 1 to 5 stars. Defaults to 5.
  • Feedback message - the public review text. Defaults to “Thank you for your purchase!”.
  • Also send a follow-up message in chat - when ticked, SaleLinx also sends the buyer a private chat message after the feedback lands. Off by default.
  • The follow-up message itself, in the box under the toggle.
  • Default extension reason - the text that pre-fills the reason when you extend a posting deadline.

In both messages, @username is replaced with the buyer’s Vinted username. Write \@ for a literal @.

Click Save to keep your changes. Reset fills the form with the defaults, which also need a Save. Settings are stored in your browser and apply to every order. There’s no per-order override.

Running it

For a single order, click Leave feedback on its card. The card disappears once the feedback is posted.

For several:

  1. Tick the orders you want, or use Select all in the Completed orders toolbar.
  2. Click Leave feedback on selected.
  3. SaleLinx posts them one after another with its usual pacing, so a bulk run doesn’t look automated to Vinted.

The selected cards leave the list as soon as you start the run. If the run stops partway, the next refresh of the tab brings back any orders that didn’t get feedback.

A failed follow-up message doesn’t undo the feedback: the order still counts as done. If Vinted starts refusing or rate-limiting requests, the run stops. Check that you’re still signed in to Vinted and try again later.

Plan and access

The Labels tab is included in Pro and Business. Email Labels is Business only. On the Trial and Starter plans the tab is locked. See pricing for the full comparison.
