Offers
The Offers tab gathers your pending offers from Depop and Vinted in one place, in two columns side by side. The marketplace you are browsing has its column on the left. Each card shows the item, the buyer’s username, when the offer came in, the offer amount, your listed price and the discount the buyer is asking for, with three buttons: Accept, Decline and Counter.
The tab also hosts the Auto-Accept Offers block at the top, for accepting offers above a threshold without you clicking through.
Offers covers Depop and Vinted; eBay support is coming. For now, you set eBay’s offer options on each listing in its editor in My Listings.
What shows up
- Depop - offers on listings you are selling that are waiting for your answer.
- Vinted - offers buyers have made in your inbox conversations that you haven’t answered yet. Offers you made as a buyer are not shown.
Bundle offers (several items in one Vinted offer) list each item in the bundle inside the card.
A column with nothing waiting says No new offers. If SaleLinx couldn’t reach a marketplace, for example because no tab is open for it, the column tells you that instead of showing an empty list. Open a tab for that marketplace and refresh. A column for a marketplace you haven’t linked is blurred, with a prompt to link the account in Settings.
Age filter (Vinted)
The dropdown at the top of the tab sets how far back SaleLinx looks through your Vinted inbox: 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 or 30 days (default 3). Most sellers want to act on fresh offers; older ones are usually irrelevant. The filter applies to Vinted only. Depop always shows every offer still waiting for your answer.
Acting on an offer
Each card has three buttons:
- Accept - accepts the buyer’s offer on the marketplace.
- Decline - declines the offer.
- Counter - opens a price box, already filled in halfway between the offer and your listed price. Type your own price, or use a quick-counter button: -10% fills in 10% off your listed price, and -£1 fills in 1 off it (in the offer’s currency). Then press Send. Cancel closes the box without sending.
After you act, the card stays where it is and shows the result: Accepted, Declined, or Countered at with your price. Answered offers drop off the list the next time it loads.
Offer actions go ahead of other SaleLinx jobs waiting on the same marketplace, so they go through promptly even while a bot is running.
Refreshing
Offers load when you open the tab. The Refresh button (the circular arrow at the top of the tab) loads both marketplaces again. There’s no auto-refresh on a timer. To avoid repeat requests, SaleLinx reuses offers it fetched in the last two minutes, so a brand-new offer can take a couple of minutes to appear.
Shared with Messages
On Vinted, Offers and Messages share the inbox and conversations SaleLinx has already loaded, so opening both tabs doesn’t fetch the same chats twice. Accepting, declining or countering clears that saved copy, so you never see a stale view.
No bulk decline
There is no button to decline many offers at once. Answer offers one card at a time, or leave the ones you don’t want to expire.
Auto-accept presets
The Auto-Accept Offers settings have a preset picker at the top. A preset saves the minimum percentage of the asking price, the price floor, which platforms (Depop, Vinted) to check, and how often to check. Picking a preset fills in every setting at once, and for auto-accept the picked preset is the live rule immediately. Two are built in:
- Default - 90% of asking, no price floor, both platforms, checked every 15 minutes.
- Careful - 95% of asking, no price floor, both platforms, checked every 30 minutes.
A preset deliberately does not include the auto-accept on/off switch. Turning auto-accept on is always a separate, explicit step, whichever preset is selected.
Change any setting by hand and the picker keeps the preset’s name with a dot next to it, to show the values have changed. Its menu then offers Save as new…, Revert, and, for one of your own presets, Save changes. Saving under the name of one of your existing presets asks before overwriting it, and the built-in names can’t be reused. Your own presets can be deleted from the menu after a confirmation; the built-ins can’t.
Your saved presets are stored with your SaleLinx account, so they survive a reinstall and follow you to another computer. See Account and subscription for how syncing, sign-out and per-device selection work.
Plan and access
The Offers tab is available on Starter, Pro and Business, and on the free trial. The Auto-Accept Offers block at the top of the tab is Pro and Business only.
