Send Offers

Someone who liked an item is the warmest buyer you have: they have seen it, they want it, and something is holding them back. Usually it is the price. The Auto-Offers tab in the panel finds the people who liked your Vinted items and sends each of them an offer, so you turn likes into sales without messaging anyone by hand.

This is a different feature from Auto-accept, which accepts offers buyers send you. Send Offers is outgoing: you make the offer.

When to use it

• An item has plenty of likes but no sales.
• You want to clear stock before a restock or a season change.
• You would rather offer a small discount to interested buyers than drop the price for everyone with a Price Drop.

How it works

1. Scan Likers. SaleLinx reads your recent Vinted notifications and groups the likes by item, so you see each item with the people who liked it.
2. Pick items. Tick the items you want to send offers on, or use Select all.
3. Set the price. Choose a Discount % and a Min price floor. You can also type a custom offer price for any item, which overrides the discount for that item.
4. Send Offers. SaleLinx sends one offer to each liker of each selected item, in the background.

The offer is the listed price minus your discount, but never below your floor. If the discount would take an item under the floor, the offer goes out at the floor price instead. An item whose discounted price would not be lower than its listed price is skipped.

Built-in safeguards

• One offer per liker per item. Someone who already received an offer on an item is not sent another for 30 days, however many times you scan.
• Human pacing. Offers are not fired the instant a like arrives. SaleLinx waits a natural-looking interval and paces sends through the same queue as every other job, with breaks and rate-limit handling.
• Runs in the background. The job keeps going if you close the panel, and you can pause or cancel it from the queue.

Stats

The tab tracks how the offers are doing:

• Offers sent in the last 30 days.
• Items sold among the items you sent offers on.
• Sell rate, items sold as a share of offers sent.
• Recently sent, a list of the latest offers.

Plan and access

Send Offers is Vinted only, and needs a linked Vinted account. It is included on Pro and Business; on Starter and the free trial the tab is locked.
