Send Offers
Someone who liked an item is the warmest buyer you have: they have seen it, they want it, and something is holding them back. Usually it is the price. The Auto-Offers tab in the panel finds the people who liked your Vinted items and sends each of them an offer, so you turn likes into sales without messaging anyone by hand.
This is a different feature from Auto-Accept Offers, which accepts offers buyers send you. Auto-Offers is outgoing: you make the offer.
When to use it
- An item has plenty of likes but no sales.
- You want to clear stock before a restock or a season change.
- You would rather offer a small discount to interested buyers than drop the price for everyone with a Price Drop.
How it works
- Scan Likers. SaleLinx reads your recent Vinted notifications and groups the likes by item, so you see each item with the number of new likers. Items whose likers have all had an offer already are left out, and the items with the most new likers come first.
- Pick items. Every item starts ticked. Untick the ones you want to leave out, or use Select all to tick or untick them all.
- Set the price. Choose a Discount % (5 to 50%, default 10%) and a Min price floor (default 1). When SaleLinx knows an item’s price, its Offer box is filled in from those two settings and updates as you change them. Type your own price into any item’s Offer box to override it for that item.
- Send Offers. SaleLinx sends one offer to each new liker of each ticked item, in the background.
The offer is the item’s price minus your discount, but never below your floor. If the discount would take an item under the floor, the offer goes out at the floor price instead, and the same goes for a price you typed yourself. If the offer would not be lower than the item’s current price on Vinted (for example because the floor is at or above it), that liker is skipped.
Rescan reads your notifications again and refreshes the list. While offers are going out, a progress bar shows how many have been sent and how many failed, and Stop ends the run.
Built-in safeguards
- One offer per liker per item. Someone who already received an offer on an item is not sent another for 30 days, however many times you scan. A liker who was skipped because the offer would not have been a discount is also left alone for 30 days. SaleLinx keeps this record in your browser.
- Human pacing. Offers go out one at a time with natural gaps, through the same queue as every other SaleLinx job, with regular breaks. If Vinted asks SaleLinx to slow down, the job pauses and picks up again once the wait is over.
- Runs in the background. The job keeps going if you close the panel, and you can pause or cancel it from the queue. Keep a Vinted tab open while it runs, because the offers are sent through it.
Stats
The top of the tab shows how the offers are doing:
- Offers sent in the last 30 days.
- Items sold among the items you sent offers on.
- Sell rate, items sold as a share of offers sent.
Below the Scan Likers button, Recently sent lists your latest offers with the buyer, the item’s price and your offer.
Plan and access
Auto-Offers is Vinted only, and needs your Vinted account linked in SaleLinx. It is included on Pro and Business; on Starter and the free trial the tab is locked.
