Best crosslisting apps for UK Vinted, Depop and eBay sellers

A crosslisting app copies a listing you have made on one marketplace to another, so you do not type the same item out twice. Most of the well-known ones were built for American marketplaces like Poshmark and Mercari, and UK sellers mostly sell on Vinted, Depop and eBay. So the first question for a UK seller is not which app has the most features, but which ones cover the three marketplaces you actually use.

If you sell on Vinted, check that the app lists Vinted before anything else: several popular crosslisters do not. Then check which directions it copies in (Vinted to eBay and eBay to Vinted are different jobs), and whether copies go live or wait as drafts for you to check.

What each one is good at
SaleLinx is a Chrome extension built only for Depop, Vinted and eBay. It crosslists between all three in any direction, and also handles the routine jobs on Depop and Vinted: relisting, refreshing Depop listings, price drops, offers and printing shipping labels. On eBay it adds bulk editing. Copies to Depop and Vinted are saved as drafts for you to check; copies to eBay go live, after it shows you eBay’s fee for each item. If you also sell on Etsy, Poshmark or Facebook, it does not cover them.
Vendoo covers the most marketplaces of the four and has a mobile app. Its help centre lists eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, Vestiaire Collective and Whatnot, but not Vinted, and its old Vinted page now redirects to its marketplace list. It suits sellers whose stock goes to eBay, Depop and Etsy rather than Vinted.
List Perfectly gives unlimited listings on every plan and lists Vinted, but as a “LITE” marketplace. Its pricing page says that means no automatic sale detection on Vinted, so a Vinted sale will not delist the item elsewhere by itself.
Crosslist is sold in the UK, US, Canada and Australia (its pricing page says the EU is not supported), and runs through a browser extension plus mobile apps. Its plans are capped by new listings a month, from 200 up to unlimited. It has closed Vinted to new accounts: its Vinted notice, last updated 2 October 2026, says new accounts cannot connect to Vinted or import from it, while existing users keep access.
What to check before you pick one
- Directions. Moving Vinted stock onto eBay and moving eBay stock onto Vinted are separate features in some apps. Check the one you need.
- Drafts or live. eBay has no drafts, so any app posting to eBay posts live listings. For Depop and Vinted, an app that saves drafts lets you check each copy before buyers see it.
- eBay item specifics. eBay refuses many clothing listings without a size, department or brand. A good crosslister fills these in and tells you what is still missing before it posts.
- Marketplace rules. Vinted’s terms say members must not “delete and re-list the same Item multiple times or multiple Items in bulk”, and its catalogue rules ask for one listing per item. Read them before you use any tool on Vinted.
